Electrical stimulation of the bladder is a procedure that involves applying current impulses directly to the muscles of the bladder through the centers of the brain.

General information

The use of pulsed currents helps restore tissues, organs and their systems, nerves that have lost function due to injuries or diseases. The impulses cause muscle movement and contraction, reflexively control metabolic processes, and provide energy to the working muscles.

This technique promotes:

  • inhibition of muscle atrophy;
  • increased blood and lymph flow;
  • increased permeability of vascular walls;
  • activation of nucleic acid synthesis, including RNA.
