- medicines: aminosalicylic acid, isoniazid, methyldopa, penicillin, propylthiouracil, streptomycin, tetracycline;
- antibodies to histones may appear in drug-induced lupus caused by taking hydralazine, procainamide, quinidine.

Indications
Manipulations are performed when:
- detection of antinuclear factor and antinuclear antibodies in blood;
- symptoms of autoimmune diseases (prolonged fever, weight loss, myalgia, Raynaud's syndrome);
- monitoring the course of systemic connective tissue pathologies.
Contraindications
Poor blood clotting is the only contraindication to the procedure.

Reference value: negative.
Increased norm:
- Scleroderma, diffuse form (20-60%) in combination with pulmonary fibrosis.
- CREST syndrome.
- Isolated Raynaud's syndrome with subsequent development scleroderma.
The results should be interpreted only in a comprehensive manner, in combination with clinical data. A negative result does not exclude systemic autoimmune diseases of connective tissue.
