A specially prescribed medicinal ointment by an ophthalmologist is carefully applied to the diseased eyelids, the massage movements themselves are accompanied by light pressure directed toward the edge of the eyelids. First, the upper eyelid is massaged, then the lower one.
Another disease that eyelid massage helps with is demodicosis. In the case of fighting this disease, massage allows you to relax the skin of the eyelids. You should gently and tenderly massage the edges of the eyelids, near the eyelashes, with your fingertips.
Rehabilitation period
The procedure is painless, there is no need for rehabilitation. There are no complications. Many people recommend placing cotton pads soaked in chamomile infusion on closed eyes after the procedure.

Despite its apparent simplicity, this procedure is an effective aid in a number of diseases.
