Herbal infusions for gastritis

  • mix in equal parts the rhizome of calamus, chamomile flowers, common yarrow, field mint, stinging nettle. Take a heaping dessert spoon of the herbal infusion per glass of boiling water and hold for fifteen minutes in a water bath. Take 70 milliliters before meals three times a day.

For inflammation of the epigastric mucosa with reduced secretory function brew three doses of St. John's wort and one dose each of plantain leaf, wormwood, immortelle inflorescence and calendula flowers. To do this, pour 200 ml of water over a heaped tablespoon and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes. Drink the decoction 70 ml three times a day before meals.

At zero pH, to relieve symptoms, you can drink:

  • plantain infusion. Steam a couple of dessert spoons of dry leaves of the plant with a glass of boiling water, leave for about half an hour. Strain and drink 100 milliliters four times a day 20 minutes before meals;
  • yarrow. Combine a tablespoon of the herb with 250 ml of boiling water and leave to brew. Drink the infusion several sips throughout the day. The medicine is excellent for relieving pain spasms;
  • plantain juice. Collect and wash fresh leaves, put them through a meat grinder or juicer, and drink the resulting juice in a glass before meals. Course - 45 days.

Healing recipes for intestinal inflammation

Treating colitis with folk methods is not fast, but quite effective: abdominal pain goes away, bowel movements stabilize, and overall well-being improves.

Methods for treating pathological processes of the gastrointestinal tract with herbs in combination with dietary nutrition are often offered by gastroenterologists to their patients.

So, write it down.

  • Pour vodka over alder cones in a ratio of 5 to 1, put in a dark place for a couple of weeks, shaking the suspension from time to time, and strain at the end of the period. The remedy should be used internally for acute ulcerative enterocolitis, half a teaspoon 3-4 times a day before meals.
  • Mix equal parts of sage and wormwood leaves. Brew a tablespoon of the mixture with 250 milliliters of boiling water, wrap it up and let it sit for 30-40 minutes. Drink the strained water infusion for inflammation of the colon, a tablespoon every two hours. Replace the tea with liquid rice broth.
  • Herbalists recommend placing 20 grams of dried barberry fruits in a saucepan, pouring half a liter of hot water and cooking under a lid over low heat for ten minutes. Turn off, wrap it up well and leave for half an hour. Drink strained three times a day, half a glass before meals.
  • Collect together 30 grams of gray alder cones, 20 grams of chamomile flowers, galangal and licorice roots (10 and 20 grams, respectively). Brew a tablespoon of the herbal mixture with 200 ml of boiling water, leave for 40 minutes. Drink the drink before bed, warm with honey.
