- Essential oils. Mix equal parts of mint and eucalyptus extracts, dilute with a few drops of boiled water and irrigate the nasal mucosa. The procedure relieves swelling, moisturizes the nasal passage, and fights pathogenic bacteria.
- Garlic and onion inhalation. Finely chop one onion and a head of garlic, pour into an inhaler or saucepan, and pour boiling water over them. Lean over the steam and carefully, to avoid burning, inhale through your nose.
- Rinsing with chamomile infusion. Brew 4 teaspoons of flowers in a glass of boiling water, let it brew for half an hour. Rinse each sinus in turn, tilting your head in the opposite direction.
Important! Steaming your feet or putting on mustard plasters during pregnancy is not recommended, as it can cause a miscarriage.

Pour 300 milliliters of cool water over three tablespoons of the mixture, wait an hour and boil for literally 5 minutes. Before self-medication, discuss its feasibility with an otolaryngologist or therapist, because in advanced cases, only a properly selected antibiotic will help get rid of the disease.
