  • eggplants;
  • walnuts;
  • crackers;
  • buckwheat, millet porridge;
  • boiled lean meat.

Treatment of flatulence with folk methods

Simple home remedies will help get rid of excessive gas formation.

Cardamom. This spice can quickly get rid of unwanted gases. To do this, take 5 seeds, put them in your mouth and begin to chew slowly.

Dill water. Pour a tablespoon of dill seeds into a liter saucepan and pour boiling water over it. Let it brew for an hour, then strain. Drink the finished infusion one glass per day. One such dose is enough to prevent an unpleasant phenomenon.

Mint tea. A healing drink made from several leaves of fresh mint and a cup of hot water will help calm the intestines. Drink in small sips.

Ginger. Grind one root through a meat grinder, then add 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon juice to the resulting gruel. It is enough to eat a tablespoon of this mixture to get rid of gases.

Chamomile decoction. Take 0.5 tablespoons of dried flowers and pour a glass of warm water. Then put on the fire and boil for five minutes. After this, cool and take two sips three times a day after meals.

To prevent the development of flatulence, it is necessary to observe preventive measures:

  • stick to a healthy diet and a balanced diet;
  • during meals, try not to talk with your mouth full;
  • eat slowly, chewing food thoroughly;
  • exercise regularly. Half an hour of morning exercises has a beneficial effect on overall well-being;
  • quit smoking.
