A specialist who represents this area of medicine is a massage therapist.

• stroking - impact on biological tissue with brushes with constant pressure not exceeding the weight of the palm;
• squeezing - impact with brushes with increased pressure on a certain point, part, area;
• rubbing - impact with brushes with constant pressure;
• kneading - spiral impact with brushes with variable pressure.
